Crankshaft Warranty Info
All OEM street versions of Darkhorse crankshafts and casework (including remanufactured components) come with a 2-year, unlimited mileage warranty against workmanship defect. Darkhorse Motor Company or their registered dealers shall have no obligation under this warranty if crankshafts or crankcases or any parts produced by Darkhorse Motor Products are used in racing or competitive activities. Darkhorse Motor Company shall have no obligation when products, services or parts are used in a competitive activity or application, including and not limited to compression ratio’s at or higher than 11:1, a turbocharger, supercharger or nitrous oxide is used with engine, regardless of closed course racing or on public roads.
Specs
We true all crankshafts to within .0015” total indicated run-out at each main bearing race and guarantee all street/OEM applications to stay within .0005” for 2 years and unlimited miles.
Limited Liability
Darkhorse Motor Company shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable for consequential damages, including parts not sold by Darkhorse Motor Company, labor not performed by Darkhorse Motor Company, or loss of profits.
OEM Warranty
Installation of any aftermarket part, including parts and services by Darkhorse Motor Company, may adversely effect the OEM vehicle warranty.

Motorsprocket Warranty Info
12 Month LIMITED WARRANTY Man O-War Motorsprockets are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship or materials for a period of 12 months from initial sale.
Warranty statement: Darkhorse Motor Company / Man O-War Motor products warrants, only to the original Purchaser, this equipment will be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and service, for one (1) year from the date of purchase providing this equipment is purchased for individual use only. Commercial use of this equipment is not covered under any warranty. This warranty does not apply to any equipment which has been damaged or which has been subjected to change, misuse, negligence, abnormal wear and tear, alterations, tampering, or failure to follow operating instructions. This warranty does not cover any product or parts not manufactured by Man O-War Motor products.
Our obligation under this Limited Warranty shall be solely limited to repairing or replacing any part (see non-covered items) free of charge that, according to our judgment, show evidence of a defect in quality of workmanship or materials for the stated (12) month warranty period. All defective parts will be routed at Darkhorse Motor Company discretion with freight or delivery charges to be prepaid. This Limited Warranty shall not be interpreted to render Hoban Cycle INC, Darkhorse Motor Company or Man O-War Motor products liable for any injury or damage to persons, business or property of any kind nor expenses or losses incurred for labor, supplies, substitute machinery rental, or for any other reason.
Non-Covered Items:
This warranty does not include normal wear items, including cushions & bushings
This warranty does not cover labor in forms of maintenance, service or adjustments to motorsprocket system.
This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper maintenance.
This warranty does not cover damage due to improper application, installation, adjustment or setup.
This warranty does not cover any or improper modifications of product.
This warranty is void if any components have been disassembled
This warranty does not cover replacement parts not supplied by Darkhorse Motor Company or Man O-War Motor products
